What is Bodybyloud! and ‘Loudtalk from The GetRight Spot’ Podcast

Written by on May 25, 2024

What is Bodybyloud!?

When I had the thought that became Bodybyloud!  I had been primarily listening to deep soulful house music as my workout #musicfuel.  However, that day I changed it up and put on some funky, soulful, R&B by Van Hunt.

I was working out on the elliptical machine at my gym. I’m under the influence of strong cannabis, which we in the South refer to as “loud” due to the strong aroma.  Funny how it had to only smell like what it was.  If something is not the usual, then it must not be of the ordinary.

A thought that made me chuckle was conceived.  I say conceived because the first prerogative of mind is ‘What to think’.  That’s the choice we are constantly making day in and out that determines what our life is. The idea came to may as a way to make myself laugh.  I tell myself jokes all day every day.  My primary goal in life is to make myself laugh and smile.  That’s only reason to be alive.  If I made me what would I want of me.  I sure wouldn’t want no bullshit, like complaining, moaning. bellyaching or bitching.  I’m just saying.

So, I must be here to enjoy being here.

The “Body” in Bodybyloud! represents Physical/Material/Reality of Life.

Body by loud!  mean the body=physical is of or by the mind.

The “body” being the material/reality, which is expressed by the conscious activity of the mind or the thought-choice of the mind.

Only consciousness can choose what to think.  This is the law of expression. As a man thinks, so is he. This is why  I take charge of my what to think because I know it’s the only way I can make sure I am laughing and smiling.

I say all that to say, enjoying my expression and the journey of expressing it is what it’s all about, and that’s what Bodybyloud! is to me.

I Believe you can Elevate Your Life and all other aspects of life that make life good such as Love, Music, Laughter, Food and Entertainment.

If you believe likewise, you are welcome to Join Bodybyloud! and The GetRight Movement.

Transcription of the podcast

Hello everyone, this is body vol out vent, it’s what I go about when I’m trying to park cats, normally if I know me it’s Vincent and I’m trying to get this thing started, restarted, I guess introduction is in order, even though I’ve been working on this thing for about, I don’t know how many years now, but it’s time to get it moving and a former introduction needs to be done, I did it online through our post, but everything is so audio and visual, I ain’t got to the visual yet, but it’s time to get the audio cracking. When it comes to this podcast, and I’ve tried it a couple of times, if you’re looking and looking for something like that. guess you could say someone talking about ideals and life this is gonna be something I think it’s gonna be different you’re not gonna hear the same thing you’ve heard from everyone else but a while back I don’t know how many years I say about five or six now maybe even more I came to this idea popped in my head I was in a gym and working out and of course I was I wouldn’t say of course if you don’t know me and you would know of course but I like to get elevated and work out and one day I was in the gym after work and just this idea popped in my head and had already been into certain kind of studies I like to study what makes life what it is you know I was always interested in why things are the way they are so I contemplate on that a lot and get into certain studies and and it’s just been a revelation the past few years have really you know I would say It made life a whole lot more interesting. You know, you change your beliefs, your life changes when you change your beliefs and my beliefs changed, but it was something that probably started my interest in what makes life what it is. Probably started when I was a kid, probably around middle school, when someone, the teacher was talking to us in the class, in the science class, I’ll never forget it, and she was breaking down, I think it was the elements and the subatomic particles, I think electrons, and you know, breaking down the atom and all the, you know, what they knew at the time as far as teaching kids, and she said something that really dawned on me, she said that all the subatomic activity for us, the electrons and neutrons and everything, she said that’s the foundation of everything that exists, so everything that exists has these tiny, conceivable particles operating to make us like function, and when she said it, automatically it just something just came over me that says, you know, that activity is where all the knowing of the universe is, the activity on that level knows everything, and the only thing that can operate at that level. and make everything exist and interact and all that has to be God and I thought right then and there I must have been like 11 or 12 I said that’s where God is right there but you know years later I forgot it didn’t think about it and then you know here I am in my 30s I think it’s 30s and I started to you know experiment with the with the cannabis and just doing that you know I would I would drink you know I wasn’t a heavy drinker but I drink but you know weed is a different thing and it really what weed did to me is opened me up to to um exploring ideas like like like you know I get elevated and I’m interested in you know checking out some ideas and and I’m thankful that I ran across the ideas and writings of a couple of people and about I want to say about five years ago maybe maybe a little bit more I’ve discovered the writings of the honorable judge Thomas Troward. Now I know most people don’t know this guy this guy he was a judge over in I think it was India yeah and he was a judge there for many years but he got into I guess I wouldn’t call it spiritual metaphysics that’s metaphysics he got into metaphysics and he took a test and they said something you know that you know was profound to me the the the guy that gave him the test said that he’s he has a mind that people are really going to take note of and once I got into his writings and his work I think the main work that got me started was the Edinburgh Lectures on Mental Science by Thomas Troward Judge Thomas Troward and man that that book alone now I have to admit you got to listen to it I think on audio because reading is hard you don’t have to but I couldn’t I don’t think I could have made it through it reading but just listening to it changed my life, changed my whole understanding of the universe, and I’m just astounded that this guy isn’t well known to the rest of the world or so. Part of this thing that I call body by loud and the get right movement and the get right spot and all those things. They all stem from me getting into this guy’s writing and a couple other people. I think the other guy is Phineas Parkhurst Quimby. He was a physician as they say back in the mid 1800s and he was doing some things and he did some studies and he had some ideas that really started what they called new thought. Now I have a problem with the term new thought because it’s not really new. The more I study the more I understand that it’s just a term that they use but from now on I’m going to redub that term new thought to get right because I feel once I explain and talk more on the subject. it’ll be more, you know, it’ll come to light that thought is the way to changing everything around us. It’s thought because you can’t do anything before you think anything under any kind of structured undertaking. I mean chaos is not really thought so I don’t think anything could come out of chaos. But once we put our mind to something, it becomes specific what you want and the faith that goes behind it changes everything. And it was through the writings of Thomas Troward and other people that I got into what they call, I just met a physics, but mental science. And I just, you know, want to talk about it. And I started those websites that I have now when I’m in this bodybyloud.com, B-O-D-Y, B-Y-L-O-U-D.com. I think I spelled it right. And these podcasts are going to be called Loud Talk in the Get Right Spot. I mean, the message built this deck we think is nice and I dubbed it the Get Right Spot. And Loud Talk is just a term that, in middle school, people used to say when you was trying to get someone in trouble, you were loud talking, I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. I used the term because I talk the most shit when I, excuse the language, but you go hear some cussing and everything. I talk the most shit when I’m high because I like to make myself laugh and others laugh. So I call Loud Talk talking when you, when you elevate it as I call it. And I think I have some good conversations with friends when we all just kicking back and having a good time in this spot that I’m in right now making this podcast is the Get Right Spot. So it’s Loud Talk in the Get Right Spot will be the name of this podcast series. The website, the first one, BodyByLoud.com is mainly about these ideas that I have. I want to share them with the world, debate them with the world, and just interact with the world on these ideas. I think these ideas are not new, but I think they really need it for understanding. I think a lot of things will be better understood if we look at life, reality, expression through the ideas of someone who really broke things down a certain way that we’ve been missing. I believe this guy, Thomas Child, his mind should be celebrated because he breaks down to me the way things are. I always wanted things to be broken down. He does it in a way that’s it’s hard to, you know, it may be hard to listen to, but once you get his style of writing down, I’ll listen to it now. I’m an audio person. I ain’t no book, I’m not a page-turner anymore. I might have been a page-turner years ago, but if it ain’t no audio now, I don’t know how to get through it, but I’m thankful that someone put this guy’s mind, his writings onto audio because once you listen in here and take in and really they understand what he’s saying, I think. people have a foundation of what reality and life is really made of. So you know, I’m looking forward to this journey, I’m looking forward to sharing these ideas and breaking things down my way. I hope that, you know, it’s a conversation that can be had through the websites that I’ve developed. I hope it’ll be fun because it’s not just about deep stuff, it’s backed by my love of music. I love music and I’m particularly fond of a certain genre of music. I love all forms but I’m really getting into this deep soul for house music. I think it’s the best thing happening to music right now. Still a hip-hop head, still big in R&B, those are my foundations but my current love is deep soul for house music and I want to share it and all the other music I’ve been finding and enjoying with the world so. Combining the two and two one website, I think was my way of, you know, doing something that might be different. You know, you can have wisdom, not saying that I am unwise or anything, but I think what I’ve been studying is filled with wisdom and it connects the wisdom of the ancients, people from many generations ago, I mean like thousands of years, I think, what I had to express connects a lot of wisdom that we’ve lost because of our lack of understanding or there’s been a disconnect from what was written in the past and how it was interpreted over the millennia so I think helping to make the connection between the past and ancient writings. reality for us like a understanding of life. I think that people are going to be surprised about what things really meant. You know, I’ve learned over the past few years that it was right there in front of our eyes. We just couldn’t just couldn’t see it because we adopted someone else’s understanding. And the only way to get to the truth, and that’s what it’s really all about, the truth. The only thing that matters in this life is what you can bank on and make your moves by. You can’t make your moves by anything but the truth. I mean, and that term is debatable, but that’s what life is about. You debate the truth. We find out what is the truth. I say religion. If one religion or ideology says it can explain something, then it should be tested. It should be debated. It should be challenged. I’m willing to debate what I believe, what I’ve been learning, what’s being revealed to me through my studies. I’m willing to debate it and communicate about it with the world. But I want to do it through my website so I can control the conversation. You know, I mean, I’ll let the world, you know, debate it. After I put it out, but when people want to conversate with me about it, it’s going to be through the websites that I develop and that’s my way of making sure I’m in charge of my message and what I have to say. So I’ve been rambling, I guess, but this is going to be fun and I’m glad to get this thing rebooted and on the way. Oh yeah, the other website is the Get Right Spot. Now the Get Right Spot is purely business oriented. It’s about making money, it’s about getting rich, it’s about getting paid, it’s an idea I have that I’ve been wanting to make happen. I think a lot of people could use it. So I’m developing it for purely capitalistic reasons, making that money. I believe we’re all supposed to get it, how we figure out how to get it, and I think that’s how I figured out how to get it, and it should be fun too. I want that to help people accomplish their dreams and that’s what it’s about. So the best way to get paid is to help somebody else get paid, so that’s the goal on that front. So the GetRightSpot.com, go out there, check it out, see what’s happening there. It’s still developing, both of them are still developing. There are so many things that I want to do through those websites, but I also want to give people the opportunity to show what they can do. So I’m open to connecting with people who have ideas and talents in certain areas. I need graphic designers. I need logos for both. The Body By Loud site is also the headquarters of the Get Right movement. I think that’s a whole different podcast there. So this is being the introduction podcast of Loud Talking, the Get Right spot. I’m going to save the discussion of the Get Right movement for another up and coming podcast. But I think this has been a pretty good introduction. I rammed my mouth. I hope it wasn’t too rambling, but I’m glad I finally went on ahead and got my ideas, the foundation of my ideas presented in one podcast. And we’re going to go from there. So I thank everybody for– if you made it this far through this podcast. I thank you, and I hope you can go with me on this journey. And give me your feedback. Tell me if you get a chance to check out the people I talked about, find some audiobooks of their Phoenix Parkhurst, Quinby, and Thomas Child. Those are the two main guys I’ve got a lot of my ideas from. Check out the site. A lot of the posts on the site are incomplete. So everything is a work in progress. Some of the posts are just me getting my ideas out. So they may not read the way I want them to. But as I do this, I’m going to go back and revisit most of my posts and rewrite them. And I’m going to add podcasts to them based on the subjects. They won’t be as long as this one. But they will be getting podcasts in the post. Please come by bodybyloud.com. Join the Get Right movement, join the Get Right movement and let’s have some fun, let’s have some discussions, let’s have some debates, I love to debate. I talk shit with the best of them. And that’s what I guess people gonna learn ’cause I think I’m gonna ruffle some feathers. I know I’m gonna ruffle a lot of feathers, especially when it comes to religion. But you know, I think it’s time, I think it’s time for some different ideas to be discussed. So this is, it’s gonna be fun, it’s gonna be interesting. I think it’s gonna be big. I really believe that Thomas Trowett said something that he’d say if you believe an idea is important then that idea is important. And I believe these ideas are important, so here we go. Thanks for staying with me this far and I appreciate it and it’s plenty more to come.
