Sounds like you’re saying the universal supreme creative force has a individualized voice but the listener has to choose which one it is out of the voices you mentioned.
I challenge this notion on face value. God makes us out of itself so it has no individualized voice except through the voices of its expression/creation.
God is voice.
We all are the voice of God through the inheritance of its consciousness.
Whatever we choose as God’s voice(the elevating/higher consciousness) out of our thoughts becomes the Lord’s/Law’s word/expression.

I came up with Bodybyloud! while at the gym working out high AF. I was thinking at the time I was building my body while high on weed which we call 'loud'. Thus the term "body by loud".
